Refunds & Returns:

To be eligible for a refund please return your item(s); which must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us, to the email above, that you are returning your order. You then have a further 14 days to physically return your order item(s) by post to the address above in the original packaging if available.

You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning your order. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Your refund will be the returned order purchase price.
